I know what it's like to struggle with kids’ changing emotions! I've been there with my own kids and worked with countless parents who need real skills that work. Parenting can be unpredictable, messy and exhausting. I don’t know a parent who hasn’t felt drained, confused and overwhelmed at times.
It’s easy for our kids & teens to get overwhelmed with big emotions too and asking them to sit silently and meditate doesn’t often work. We’ve created these GUIDED meditations to help create calm, more restful sleep, and it’s an awesome way to help them remember their coping skills when times get tough.
I hope your kids and teens will enjoy these meditations. Many of our clients and online course students listen to them as they go to sleep. They can also be used during the day when challenges arise.
